"The missing infrastructure isn't technical. It's relational. It's cultural. It's human."

I work at the intersection of art, culture, ecology, and community — connecting the people, organisations, and ideas that belong together but haven't found each other yet.

Over 12 years I have led cultural programs, audience experiences, and strategic partnerships across Australia, Amsterdam, New York, Shanghai, and beyond — from major public art commissions with Indigenous communities, to international exhibitions at the intersection of nature and technology, to environmental nonprofits working at the frontlines of biodiversity and climate. Culture has always been my means of creating social and environmental impact — the connective tissue between movements, communities, and change.

I have built and led teams, secured multi-million-euro partnerships, and held executive responsibility for creative direction, commercial growth, and organisational strategy.

I believe ambition and care are not opposites. The best cultural institutions, movements, and organisations know this — and build accordingly.

I am the founder of the Regenerative Governance Network, developed through the Manuvo Changemakers Futures Design Accelerator, and recently represented it at Change Now in Paris.

Currently working between Australia and Europe.

Capabilities

Cultural Strategy & Partnerships

Cross-sector collaborations that create ripple effects. I develop cultural strategies and forge partnerships between artists, institutions, communities, and organisations — connecting people and ideas across sectors to amplify impact and build lasting relationships.

Thought Leadership

Through writing, speaking, and convening, I contribute to the conversations shaping the future of culture, ecology, and community. Speaker at Change Now Paris, published author, and regular contributor to industry and academic discourse.

Program & Experience Design

From major exhibitions to public programs and destination events, I design experiences that create genuine connection between audiences and the ideas, places, and stories that matter. Always audience-first, always purposeful.

Futures & Systems Thinking

Founder of the Regenerative Governance Network and graduate of the Manuvo Changemakers Futures Design Accelerator. I bring a futures-oriented, systems-level lens to strategy — helping organisations anticipate what's coming and build for it.

Public Art & Placemaking

With deep experience directing large-scale public art commissions across five continents, I bring curatorial vision, community engagement, and end-to-end project leadership to the public realm — ensuring art and place reflect and serve the communities they belong to.

Ecosystem Building

The missing infrastructure is rarely technical — it's relational. I build the cross-sector networks, strategic alliances, and community connections that turn isolated efforts into movements with lasting impact.
